Chemical Brothers – Dig Your Own Hole

Chemical Brothers - Dig Your Own Hole

Second album from Tom and Ed, Dig Your Own Hole was preceded by the single release of the Noel Gallagher led tune Setting Sun . Featuring their, by now  signature big beat, electronica sound, it was a bigger and bolder move than on their debut Exit Planet Dust.

Dropping vocals from Keith Murray on Elektrobank and Beth Orton on Where Do I Begin it was a fully rounded album, closing with the expansive The Private Psychedelic Reel featuring contribution from Mercury Rev’s Jonathan Donahue.

The cover depicted a pic of a fan taken at one of their shows, here reduced to felt pen basics.
